Lt Col Raja Mahmood Tariq is the Chief Executive Officer of Civneer, leading the company with years of experience in structural design and engineering. He earned both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).

Throughout his career, he has successfully guided a wide range of building projects, including safe high-rise buildings, family villas, and commercial spaces made of concrete, steel, and wood. As CEO, his main focus is bringing creative blueprint concepts to life in a way that is practical, safe, and environmentally friendly. He balances his deep technical knowledge with a welcoming, people-first philosophy, proving that building excellent projects goes hand-in-hand with building lasting, trust-based relationships.
